I am so glad to be back home. My bed. My things. My house. The above was my mantra this entire weekend and I hated the Wizard of Oz movie - still do but Dorothy's mantra was mine this weekend. Too bad the shoe clicking the cast didn't transport me here sooner.
All in all the family reunion wasn't bad. It was just hot and hot and being in a cast don't mix. I tried to stay in the basement as much as possible since it was way cooler there temp wise.
So glad to be home and in my own bed.
